Weddings for up to 150 people

Friday: 9am – 11pm

In Season: $4,500

Out of Season: $3,500

 

Saturday: 8am – Midnight

In Season: $5,500

Out of Season: $4,500

 

Sunday: 10am – 10pm 

In Season: $3,500

Out of Season: $2,500

  • Monday-Thursday : $2,500

  • For every additional 75 guests another $1,000 will be added on to above prices

  • Less than 75 people: $2,500

  • Additional day before set up from 10 AM-7 PM (excludes rehearsal dinner): $500

Reservation Payment (Non-Refundable Payment) $1500 or 50% of full cost

  • Groom’s room with private restroom, dressing area, television, and living area 

  • Bride’s room with private restroom, dressing area, living area, and full-length vertical mirrors

  • Large commercial-grade kitchen 

  • Outdoor patio and pergola

  • Indoor and outdoor restrooms capable of hosting large crowds

  • An array of decorations from which to choose

  • Full bar area and portable bar (alcohol not included) 

  • Access to venue for engagement and/or bridal photos (by appointment)

  • Spacious 100 acre property offering options for an array of outdoor set ups

  • Venue access for rehearsal

  • Hours of rental Fri: 9am-Midnight Sat: 8am-1am Sun-Thur:10am-10pm
