I spent some time with Debbie, the owner, today and even though we have catered at The Landing many times, I really appreciate the thoughtfulness that she and her staff pour into each event. They want to give you their best and they do! I cater all over East Texas and The Landing is certainly one of our favorites to work with. You can’t go wrong.

Comfortable Amenities

When reserving The Landing at Joshua Farms for there wedding, bridal shower, corporate events, family reunions, etc…  you get to use the private grounds during your event.

We have one of the largest Bridal Suite that has triple mirrors, makeup bar, a large restroom & changing room, along with comfortable furniture, so that the bridal party can be comfortable as they get ready for the big event.  We didn’t forget about the groom and the groomsman.  We have an elegant room for them with a large screen TV and bar.

Where do I even begin!? I’ve been talking about this venue since the moment I walked in the door at the grand opening last year. I knew right away this is where I wanted to celebrate my special day with my family and friends! Once I met Debbie, the owner, I knew I wasn’t going to find anything better!! Debbie was one of the main reasons why I chose The Landing. She is the sweetest, most down to earth woman you’ll ever meet. She will make sure your special day is all you ever dreamed of. Bill and I had our 25th wedding renewal at The Landing Event Center. We could not have chosen a better place than this. Working with the owner, Debbie Head was just awesome. She made this event our dream come true. The event center has everything you could want. The beauty is unmatched in east Texas. I have no regrets about choosing this venue. Yes! We would love the opportunity to show you the building and discuss the details of your event. Please contact us at 903.812.0078 or schedule a tour through our website. We will make sure we schedule a time with you when we don’t have events taking place in the rooms that you would like to see.

Bookings can be done in person at our venue, or over the phone.

Yes, we offer payment plans and we are happy to work with you. An initial deposit is due at the time of booking and you have the option to pay in full or to set up a monthly payment plan.  If you are booking within 2 months of your event, full payment is due at the time of booking.

If circumstances are requiring you to cancel you will need to submit a written letter stating you want to cancel.  At the time of cancelation, you forfeit the deposit.

We have Sonos speakers for background music.  We have a list of vendors that can provide you with visual audio equipment for your needs.

At The Landing at Joshua Farms, we have an open-vendor policy. You are able to bring in any vendor that you would like, including the caterer of your choice, with no restrictions. We have a list of recommended vendors that you are welcome to choose from but we do not require you to use anyone on that list.

You can bring in alcohol but must use our  TABC approved bartenders.   You must pay them directly or use a bar service that will provide everything for your event.    If alcohol is being served at your event, you must hire our security and pay them directly.

Yes! The bride’s room provides a great space to get ready for the big day as well as store personal items during your event. We also have a groom’s room for the day of the wedding!

You can pay $250 for decorating early if another event has not been booked.

Yes, as long as they are housed in containers that are taller than the candles to catch the wax and so the flames are not exposed.

Yes. The Landing provides a full commercial kitchen with a prep space that features a sink, refrigerator, stove and lots of counter space. We also provide ice machine.

Yes, we allow animals outdoors for pictures or in the ceremony but none allowed indoors.
